Red Hat Announcement
Effective 1st January 2022, Red Hat moved away from the use of RN suffix SKUs to simplify and streamline the portfolio.
This means, effective 1st April 2022, all RN SKUs will be updated to obsolete in Red Hat systems, and no orders with RN SKUs can be booked in Red Hat Order Management system.
KEY TIMELINE FOR PARTNERS
1st APRIL 2022
- All RN SKUs with be updated to obsolete in RH Systems
- No orders with RN SKUs can be booked in RH Order Management system
- Any Opportunities carried over from Q1 must replace RN SKU with Base SKU and reflect respective changes to Paperwork before order Submission
Key points to note:
- Change all RN SKUs with Base SKU (available on Pricebook without RN) from 1st January 2022.
- Please inform all your customers about the upcoming change.
- Please provide contract number and start dates on all Renewal Purchase orders.
